Air Fryer Cauliflower Buffalo Bites
Great in our 4.5L Digital Air Fryer EK4221

Ingredients

1 Head of Cauliflower
235ml Water
120g Flour
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
Sour Cream and Chive for dipping.

Glaze

120 ml Hot Sauce
30g Melted Butter

Method

  1. Mix together the flour, water, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  2. Cut your cauliflower into bite sized pieces and coat them in the flour mixture.
  3. Lay the cauliflower bites in a single layer in the air fryer for 17 minutes at 190°C
  4. Mix together the hot sauce and melted butter and brush over the cauliflower bites halfway through cooking.
  5. Serve with sour cream and chive dip and celery sticks.
