Air Fryer Rosemary Potato Wedges

2 White Potatoes
2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig
Splash of Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste



  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a pan of cold, salted water. Bring the water to a boil, then drain the potatoes.
  2. Put the parboiled wedges in a bowl and add the garlic, rosemary, and a splash of oil.
  3. Set the Air Fryer to 200°C and add the wedges to the basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
